Site List

View all sites of your company in Observe to easily manage and track site-specific details and operations.

The smart table displays the following:

• Client name: Name of the client associated with the site.

• Site number: identifier of the site. Click it to see the site controllers.

• Site name: Name of the site.

• Site description: Further details about the site, such as more information about the location or another identifier.

• Site type: Category of the site, such as restaurant, commercial retail, or distribution center.

• Parent organization: Parent organization to which the site belongs.

• Location: City and state of the site.

• Operations calendar: View the calendar your site operates on.

• Occupancy calendar: Check the calendar to see if the site is occupied on specific dates.

• Controllers: Number of controllers of the site.

• Launch graphing tool: Use the Graphing Tool to visualize data of your site.

Import site controllers

Import site controllers to ensure all controller data is up-to-date and accurate.

1. Click Import site controllers.

2. Click Choose file. Download the template if already you don't have one.

3. Choose a document from your machine and click Open.

4. Click Import.
